The building permit was approved and construction is underway. Excavation has begun in the front and back of site. All the bushes and grass were replaced with gravel for a new outdoor deck and patio area. More pics to come tomorrow.
Here's a glimpse into the intense broth training this weekend. We have enough broth to serve close to 1,000 bowls of noodles. Anybody hungry?
We held a tasting with all our friends on Monday evening serving Tonkotsu, Chicken Miso and Vegetarian Miso ramen. Good times with lots of beer and wine on a cold night.
